**Individual Booking Policy**

Booking Confirmation:
- Your spot is secured once full payment has been made.

Cancellations and Refunds:
- 14 days or more before the session: You can get a full refund minus a £10 booking fee or reschedule for a future class.
- 7–14 days before the session: A 50% refund or the option to reschedule is available.
- Less than 7 days before the session: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or rescheduling.

Missed Classes:
- If you’re unable to attend a session in a 6-week course, we encourage you to book a make-up class during the same term. Make-up classes depend on availability and can’t be carried over to a future term.
